The Care Standards Act 2000 underpins all policies and procedures relating to healthcare i.e. our provision of nursing and care staff.
One particular requirement of the Care Standards Act 2000 is that registered managers hold a recognised management qualification.

The healthcare operation is inspected and licensed by the CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection), the government body responsible for ensuring compliance with the Care Standards Act 2000.
