Support at Home

Ashton Macey provides Health Care Assistants and Registered Nurses to assist clients in their own home on an ad-hoc, short term, long term, temporary or permanent basis, from 1/2 hour to 24 hours, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

Ashton Macey considers its home care clients as part of its family, exceeding national standards in its care provision and management.

Security is enhanced with continuity of care i.e. we always allocate as many shifts to as few staff as possible, for example a few hours a day, five days per week will be carried out by the same member of staff.

Support at Home

We are able to offer social care; washing and dressing, help wih meals, assistance with transport i.e. support outside the home, for example, escorting to college, shopping or day trips, occasions and holidays. Consider our staff to be a 'relative' for hire! Whatever tasks you or your family are unable to fit in or do we can help!

Ashton Macey has successfully managed many nursing and care packages and is able to deliver optimum care for clients with the following issues:

With all operational activity overseen by experienced qualified nurses and health care managers, care and support is delivered client centred and as flexible as possible. Ashton Macey recognises the importance of care plans but at the same time does not allow these as barriers to developing desired and better outcomes for our clients and relatives. Each day brings new opportunities for quailty care and rehabilitaion but most importantly client satisfaction and well being.
